I find this article interesting as it acknowledges (in a roundabout way) the shortfalls that exist in 3G broadband. Too bad 900Mhz remains regulated spectrum here in the auld country, do the mobile operators use it anymore? With 900Mhz you can penetrate walls – a WISP’s dream.
